Lyric Kali has found that connections are the key to success. It isn’t about who you know, but about who knows you in the Web of Life. Being in right relationship with yourself and others is a powerful place to acknowledge we are all bigger and brighter than we have ever imagined. Lyric Kali is a Writer, Performer, and Dancer. She facilitates co-gender and women’s circles addressing myth, fable, and faerie tale and how these stories are being rewritten in the modern landscape. Her work examines the dynamic relationship we each have with being present and embracing our Truth on this planet, in this time, and in these bodies. Lyric’s writing and performance work is focused on inspiring people through her own struggle with self-love through her physical form; and the ways we participate or isolate ourselves because of the image we have of our bodies.
Over the last 20 years, Lyric Kali has spent most of her time being a active participant in her own evolution. Through her journey she has received the learning that Love is the force that holds Universe together and therefore, by extension all of us; while acknowledging that the larger scope of Love is Freedom.
As Maya Angelou wrote, “Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.”
Like Love, the freedom to move according to our calling and ultimately arriving at destiny is the freedom to be more than we ever dreamed. To achieve our soul’s calling; Love and Freedom allows us to make the connections necessary.
As universal web weaver (or networker) – I live to make connections with others and to connect people with the others that will facilitate their journeys. I may not be the person with whom you need to work, but chances are someone in my Web will be that person. Once fully engaged with the right connections we are free to create from our inner passions. Our passion, active and alive has no other purpose but to uplift, inspire, and elevate.
